In order to be contracted for a siding project, it must be for no less than one exterior wall of the home or a few hundred square feet. To have gutters or pavers done, we must already be working on a bigger project for you or  replacing more than 600 square feet of gutters. We do not repair single areas of screen, but we will replace all screen walls or build completely new screen rooms. Window projects require a minimum of two windows on the larger side. We have these requirements in order for it to be enough work for the installer and the sales representatives. 

We offer zero interest financing for up to one year and we work with a few of the largest and certified financing companies in the North Florida region. Credit scores must be 590 or above to qualify. Speak to our financing specialist for specific details before ruling out this option. We have worked with many clients to have their projects financed.

We offer a lifetime craftsmanship warranty and a twenty year product warranty. When we build your roof, our price may be higher than most companies, but that is because we will replace it as soon as there is a leak or another issue! No roofing contractors have this type of warranty for their labor or products.
